Our Commitment

At Brizelonvik, we take pride in every handmade gift box we create. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we're here to help if any issues arise.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our handmade gift boxes, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. However:

  • If we made an error that does not match your approved specifications, we will remake the item or provide a full refund
  • If you need to cancel before production begins, we will refund your deposit minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Changes to custom orders after approval may incur additional charges

Standard Collection Items

For pre-designed gift boxes from our standard collections:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging should be intact when possible
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your gift box arrives damaged or with defects:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost
  • Do not discard damaged items until we've resolved the issue

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report an issue:

  • Email us at help@brizelonvik.world with your order details
  • Include your order number and reason for return
  • Attach photos if applicable
  • Wait for our return authorization before shipping items back

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 additional business days)

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a standard collection item for a different style or size:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  • Subject to availability of desired item
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
  • Exchange shipping may incur additional costs

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized gift boxes after production begins
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Perishable add-ons (if applicable)
  • Items returned after 14 days without prior authorization
